presidents on United States Coins

Several U.S. presidents are featured on commonly circulated coins: Abraham Lincoln (penny), Thomas Jefferson (nickel), Franklin D. Roosevelt (dime), George Washington (quarter), and John F. Kennedy (half-dollar). The Presidential $1 Coin Program (2007–2016) also featured all eligible deceased presidents, honoring them in order of service.
